At CoffeeXperts we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. We're a small group of happy, friendly coffee freaks and want to talk to others like us. We don't have voice mail; when you call we answer our phone. If you have any questions about any of the beans we offer, please give us a call or send an email.
We stand behind our beans. When we make a mistake, we'll fix it fast. And if our beans don't brew up to your expectations, for any reason, we'll replace the beans or refund the bucks–your choice.
We roast in small batches and your beans will be cooked within a day or two of your order. We ship via UPS, and they don't go to PO Boxes or anywhere on Saturdays. But apart from those two things, you should be able to get your coffee around 4 business days from your order.
